Wester Ross lies on the Atlantic coast of north-west Scotland among the most dramatic scenery in Europe. With a seascape of Hebridean isles and mountains among the oldest in the world, this is Scotland at its unspoilt best.

At the heart of Wester Ross is Lochcarron, a small community of about 800 people. The village is well provided to meet the needs of tourists, with several shops, hotels, restaurants and craft shops and forming an ideal base for exploring this magnificent area.

We have two self-catering houses in Lochcarron, with uninterrupted views over the sea loch and hills beyond. Both are traditional Highland houses but with modern facilities inside and maintained to a high standard.

Both houses are locally owned and locally serviced and have been awarded four stars under the Scottish Tourist Board Board’s quality assurance scheme. 4 star self catering green tourism award We are particularly proud that both houses have been given the STB Green Tourism Silver Award as a mark of our commitment to protecting the Highland environment.
